Is this web development class for me?

I am not teaching in depth principles of design or development, it is a beginner class, the class will introduce students to concepts and guide you on how to find the information you need. I am going to focus a lot on practical and hands-on development, so you will be setting up databases and content management systems for yourself, as well as developing your own blog as an assignment.
